We understand that our clients are busy and prefer to engage a law firm in the simplest way possible. As such, we have moved our client onboarding and engagement process online.
Typically, when starting with a new client, we assess the initial work to be completed and request a retainer that equals the estimated costs for the initial work. To complete additional work or as the retainer is depleted, we may request a replenishment of the retainer.
We want to provide our clients with the best possible user experience with our firm. You can deposit retainer funds or pay invoices by credit card online through our website, send us an e-mail or wire transfer, send a cheque or money order, pay in cash, or even in cryptocurrency!
All retainer funds are held in our firm’s trust account and maintained in strict accordance with the Law Society of Ontario rules.
